yes it is, its (i believe) exit 14 off of the palisades parkway north. Please look into it, the history there is fascinating. it used to be an asylum for the mentally retarded. They shut it down i believe in the 70's or 80's. Since then though, some of the buildings have not been touched, at least by non troublemaking hands. The place is literred with graffiti now because kids get an adventurous high when they go there. The place is haunted supposidly, by the souls that were tortured there during the sixties and such. They have there own crematory, factory, office and housing complexes as well as a morgue. Seriously, from the looks of your photography you would enjoy the place, i highly suggest you google it or something.
